Courteney Cox Shares Sweet Photo with Her Daughter & Fans Are Loving It—But There's One Thing I Can't Unsee

Did you catch that too?

OK, I'm a little late, but the birthday love is still going strong—happy 21st to Courteney Cox and David Arquette’s daughter, Coco Arquette. The Friends star and her ex-husband both took to social media to celebrate their only child officially hitting the big 2-1. And as expected, the tributes were equal parts emotional, nostalgic and just plain adorable.

Courteney shared a heartfelt Instagram post featuring two photos: one throwback of her holding baby Coco and another more recent pic of the two posed side by side, looking as close as ever.

“From this to this. 21 years of everything. My heart barely fits inside my chest for the amount of love I have for you,” Courteney wrote. “Keep it coming Co to the Lo. I’m so happy I’m your Bourt Lemon. Happy birthday. I love you so much.”
(Sidenote: I need to know the backstory behind “Bourt Lemon.”)

The comments were flooded with birthday wishes and even Coco chimed in with her own sweet message, writing, “I love you so so much my momma.”

And while the post was full of feels, one tiny detail caught my eye—Coco’s tattoo. In the second photo, just under her collarbone, there’s a visible ink of two small figures, one shorter than the other. Is it new? Did she get it the same time as the matching tattoo she got with Courteney a few years ago? I'm not sure, but now I can’t unsee it.

Meanwhile, David kept things lighthearted with a throwback of Coco as a kid wearing multiple plastic crowns, striking a pose at what looks like a backyard party.

“Happy 21st Birthday Coco!!! I’m so honored to be your father and I’m so proud of the talented, caring person you are,” he wrote. “Thank you for all the light, love, and magic you bring to this world!”

Excuse me while I go cry (and maybe look up that tattoo story). Happy Birthday, Coco!
